Success of the month: Exceeding client expectations
Before most of our closings can happen, we need a lot of information and documentation in place from the buyer and seller, the lender, and the agent. Oftentimes, getting all of that information requires a lot of follow up, coordination, and timeline management by our team.
In a recent situation, our Pre-Closing Coordinator made it a priority to exceed expectations by anticipating what was needed, helping the agent and lender get all of the documentation to the closing team before they even realized they needed it. It’s this type of go-getter attitude that helps keep our client closings on time, with no hiccups in the process.
